Hello, hello {Studio Calico June Reveal}

Oh me, oh my! How can it be the 27th already? Time for the reveal of Studio Calico "Hello, hello" kits  and they are really gorgeous and filled with lots of special items :) The scrapbook main has exclusive paint for example and the card kit comes with sheets of felt and cork. Now, let's get right to my projects for this month, okay?

Over the last few month, I had many girly cards to offer as my kit works but this time is the complete opposite as I made only this single one pink card! The star pin and stamps are all included in the card add-on Ciao, and to make it all really easy for you there is a steel die set to accompany the stamp set. Really cute for the arrival of a baby girl, don't you think?

I may be biased towards the mint (a favorite color of mine this year) but this card is my favorite of the ones I made with Hello, hello. The patterned paper and stamp is all from the main kit, as is the cork. The die is offered in addition to the kits and looks so versatile for cards and scrapbooking alike.

Did you see the polka dot stamps included in the card main? Someone was really clever designing them, since the ends "lock" into each other and make lining the rows up a cinch. I used them here for the background with Clean Slate ink.

This card was a total coincident, I stared at the stamp set so long until a light bulb went off. Why not use the arrow shape as a flower stamp? This design is really clean and simple, and oh so fast to replicate when you're in a time crunch. The patterned paper peeking from behind is also from the main card kit.

How about going graphic? The main card kit includes a die set from which I took the frame and build my card design with four different patterned papers, both from the card main and card add-on.

Now, for my last card today, I just had to use another one of the animal stamps. I think I'll surprise my favorite toddler boy with this on his birthday in July :) The giraffe was embossed in white on a tag in the card kit. Instead of stamping a line for the banner words, I sew a few lines and added some Mister Huey sprinkles for "confetti".

Hope you like my projects for this reveal. As always, you can find detail shots in my Studio Calico gallery with easy links to the supplies I've used.

Happy Reveal Day, everyone!
