Oh, BOY!

Hi everyone, how's it going in your part of the world? Now that summer is officially over we're blessed with beautiful, sunshiny weather :)

Also, you may have seen it already on Instagram - I spent this last weekend of summer with Nina at her brother's (and his girlfriends') home. And what a nice weekend it was! We had tickets for a BOY concert on Friday and were spoiled with the loveliest hosts, yummy food and a city tour by bike... and of course, I forgot to take a proper camera along. D'oh! iPhone to the rescue ;-)

Luckily, Nina had a camera in her bag! She has some of the photos on her blog, as well as a cute, altered frame she made for her brother's birthday. By the way, while the two ladies of BOY gave their last concert in Germany for this year, you can still see them in France, Belgium, the UK, Denmark etc. over the next few weeks. Worth to save up your pennies, I dare say :)

Now, you won't let me go without something crafty, right? So how about this little summer birthday card?

I like these dangling loose ends of thread lately as well as the vellum. There's something delicate and soft about it... Anyhow, how did you spent the last summer weekend? These ever inquiring minds need to know ;)
