Happy Insta Girls Blog Hop
Hi and welcome to something new on the old blog - the Happy Insta Girls Blog Hop! It's a blog hop with German cardmakers who have decided that Instagram is by far their favorite social media outlet. The very best thing, however, is that the blog hop not only happens on-line but also in reality by way of surprise mail in your inbox. You see, I just couldn't stay away from this, could I?
So, we set a topic before creating our card and this time, to keep with the season, we decided on a Halloween/Fall blog hop. The beautiful card I received was this one by sweet Lisa (Instagram handle @lisamused):
I love that she used Halloween'y colors of orange and purple but made it a cute fall card. Isn't the fox so adorable? And how can you not love a card with lots of sparkly shaker pieces. Thank you so much, Lisa!
The card that I put in the mail (twice - since the first was returned in pieces by my mail person!) for dear Reni (Instagram handle @kartenwind) was also a fall card with a little vintage touch, die-cut felt and some of my favorite older stamps.
